We are hiring
Position: Part-time (10 hours on average per week), hourly pay
Reports to: The Elders of Redemption’s Hill
Location: Hybrid, with a minimum expectation of one in-office day per week
The Role
Redemption’s Hill is seeking an Operations Manager to help meet the growing operational needs of our church—work that requires dedicated staff attention beyond what our lay congregation can carry. This person needs to be detail-oriented, ensuring that systems, processes, and weekly rhythms run smoothly and stay consistent. They’re a self-starter who can spot problems and take initiative to solve them without being told, and they thrive working across multiple areas of church life without feeling overwhelmed.
This role needs someone who works well independently, knows how to prioritize, and executes without constant direction. They value collaboration and communication but don’t need micro-management to stay productive or feel supported. The right person brings a proactive, ownership mindset that strengthens our operations to serve the body and advance our mission.
